Your first steps include a brief consultation, review of fit and availability, secure onboarding, and a collaborative discussion of your concerns and goals. Therapy recommendations are individualized and may change as care progresses.
Sessions are provided by secure telehealth to clients physically located in Georgia at the time of service. Please join from a private setting with a stable internet connection and a device that supports video and audio.
Aetna is accepted for eligible behavioral health services, and self-pay is available. Coverage, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and authorization requirements vary by plan. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
The initial appointment focuses on your current needs, relevant history, strengths, safety, daily functioning, and treatment goals. You will also have time to ask questions and discuss the proposed plan of care.
Before treatment begins, clients may be asked to complete demographic information, informed consent, privacy notices, telehealth consent, financial policies, emergency-contact information, and clinical questionnaires through a secure platform.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One rescheduled appointment may be accommodated without a fee. Additional late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a $50 fee per occurrence and possible discharge from the practice.
