Session rates are discussed during the consultation process so you can make an informed decision about care.
Heart 4 City Therapeutic Services accepts Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare commercial and individual plans for eligible behavioral health services. Network participation, coverage, authorization requirements, deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance vary by plan and remain the client’s responsibility. Benefits are verified before services, but verification does not guarantee payment.
A superbill is available upon request for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement directly from their insurance carrier. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Payment is due before the start of each scheduled session.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One rescheduled appointment may be accommodated without a cancellation fee.
Additional late cancellations or missed scheduled sessions may result in a $50 fee for each occurrence. Repeated attendance concerns may lead to discharge from the practice.
Self-pay clients may request an estimate of expected charges consistent with applicable law. Final costs depend on the frequency and duration of services.
Telehealth is currently available by appointment to clients physically located in Georgia at the time of service. Additional states may be added when legally authorized through applicable interstate compact privileges or other licensing pathways.
Telehealth sessions should be attended from a private location using a stable internet connection. Clients are encouraged to use headphones and protect their login information.
